Description: During the second leg of the 2023 Transat Jacque Fabre race, the Primonial Sailing Team retired early with damage to one of her floats. With the ambition to repair the float quickly, the team contacted Curve Works to thermoform M-foam structural core panels as there were no fixed moulds available. Thanks to their adaptive mould technology, Curve Works thermoformed and sent the panels with a one-week turn-around time.
