Composite facade panels for bridge

Material: Glass fibre reinforced epoxy skins with PET structural foam core

Description: A beautiful yet complex facade was designed for an A-location bridge in Ashdod, Israel. A  solution was offered to the customer composing of 400 m2 of differently curved composite panels. All panels were manufactured on our adaptive moulds resulting in very little waste.The weight of the panels were so low that no special lifting equipment was required aside from a crane with a long reach and could be installed by two people. The facade is also very low maintenance and designed to last for at least 50 years.
